Team Managers

As it was stated at the Team Parent Meeting each team with the exception of the teams in the U14 division must provide 2 Parent Volunteers at EACH of their assigned volunteer dates. The U14 Teams must provide 3 Parent Volunteers at EACH of their assigned volunteer dates.

EACH Parent Volunteer must work a 2 hour shift on each volunteer date assigned. This means that every U14 Teams team serves a total of 12 hours while all of the U07, U08, U10 & U12 teams serve a total of 8 volunteer hours this season. Parent Volunteers will be assigned to the work area that needs the most attention when they report for duty.

Note (posted 8/17/2009): an email will be sent out with pick up instructions for the Coaches and Team Manager T Shirts when they arrive

~~Team Manager meeting for the 2009 season will be held at the Los Robles Greens Banquet Center at~~ 299 South Moorpark Road:

~~Please bring two (2) copies of your signed Volunteer Application (filled out and printed from~~ www.eayso.org ~~) along with your picture ID to the meeting (if you have not yet done so for the 2009 season).~~

Team Volunteers
Every Region 9 Team is required to provide certain Volunteers in order to ensure that our children have a Fun, Safe and Fair soccer experience:
Team Coach
Assistant Coach(es) (one or more)
Team Manager(s) (one or more)
Team Sponsor
Team Volunteer(s) (one or more, for Snack Bar, Field Crew, Info Booth, etc)
Team Referee(s) (except for U6 teams, one or more)

Your Team Coach, Assistant Coach(es), Team Manager(s) and Team Referee(s) must be registered as AYSO Volunteers (click here for details on how to get registered).

In addition, all Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Referees must have completed AYSO Certification and Training for their jobs. The Coaches and Referees sections of this website can provide more details.
