Registration 2009

Player Evaluations:  All players in U10-U19 who did not play in Region 9 last season need to be evaluated.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes; shinguards & cleats are not required
This is NOT a try-out, only an evaluation:  Everyone Plays on Balanced Teams.

(updated 8/7/2009) Player Applications for all Divisions for the Fall 2009 Season are still being accepted.  All new applicants will be put on a Wait List and will be placed on a Team only as openings happen.

Go to our on-line Player Registration website www.eayso.org (click here for instructions) to register your player(s).  Mail one (1) signed and dated copy of the Player Registration Application (all pages!) and a check payable to AYSO Region 9 ($125 per player) to:

2009 Walk in Registration will be held on 2 Saturdays this spring:
April 4th from 9:30am until 3pm; and
May 2nd from 9:30am to 1:30pm
Both Registrations will be held at Aspen Elementary School, 1870 Oberlin Avenue in Thousand Oaks (Click Here for a map and directions; please do NOT call the school for directions).

New players need a certificate of birth.

Bring the following with you to Registration:

·       A complete Player Registration form for each Player, signed by a Parent or Guardian.  Save time by Pre-Registering in advance using our on-line www.eAYSO.org program.  Click here for instructions.  There will be blank Registration Forms at the walk-in registrations.

·       A Birth certificate is required for all players not registered in Region 9 last season.

·       Registration Fees are $125 per child (NO MANDATORY FUNDRAISER); cash or checks accepted.

·       Evaluation (NOT a try-out!) is required for all players ...
a. not registered in Region 9 last season; and
b. born before August 1, 2001 (i.e. 8 or older on July 31, 2009)
Player evaluation is done at registration.

·       We have a VIP Program for youths with special needs.

·       Registration is open to everyone.

·       Every parent or guardian is expected to volunteer for at least one job during the 2009 season: coach, assistant coach, referee, team manager, or team volunteer (snack bar, field crew, picture day, info booth, etc.).
