2008 Fall Registration

Registrations for the Fall, 2008 Season are now being accepted ONLY on a space-available basis; currently only U8 Boys (age 7 by July 31st) has a few spots available.   Fill in the form below to have your child put on the wait-list.  This is NOT a player registration, ONLY a wait-list!

Children now applying will be waitlisted until we determine the number of teams. However, in past years we have placed over 98% of the children who apply.

"Thank you for your interest in playing in Region 9 this Fall Season. Our teams have been formed and you should have received a phone call from your child's coach. If you registered late (after our 2 walk-in Registrations this Spring), we regret that most of our divisions are full. All but a very small percentage (less than 5%) of players whose parents have signed them up for the 2008 Fall season have not been placed on teams. At this point your child will only be placed on a team if we receive notification from a parent that their child is no longer going to participate and therefore, 'drops' from a team.

Our Region has a winter season that runs from mid January through the first weekend of March (actual dates have not yet been set). Please check back with our Region for registration information - usually it is posted late October or Early November with a cut off of mid December.

Refunds Procedure for the Fall, 2008 Season

To request a refund please e-mail our Registrar at registrar@aysoregion9.org or send a written request to AYSO Region 9, PO Box 4914, Thousand Oaks CA 91359, attn: Refunds

Please include your child's full name and Date Of Birth. We will need your full name and a current, valid mailing address to which we can mail the refund.

Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

 

 

Please fill in the following information for each Player you wish to place on our waitlist for the Fall 2008 season, then click on the <Submit> button.
Your child's name & birthdate, Parent(s) name(s), and Phone Number are required information (*).

For more than 1 child, Complete and Submit this form, then return to this Form when prompted and Complete and Submit for each additional child.

Also, mail the following information to our Registrar:

  • A complete Player Registration form for each Child, signed by a Parent or Guardian.  Use our on-line www.eAYSO.org program.  Click here for instructions.
  • A copy of the Birth certificate is required for all players NOT registered in Region 9 last season.
  • Registration Fees are $125 per child (NO MANDATORY FUNDRAISER); only checks will be accepted by mail.  Your check will not be cashed until your child is placed on a team.

Please note:

  • An Evaluation (NOT a try-out!) is required for all players not registered in Region 9 last season and born before August 1, 2000 (i.e. 8 or older on July 31, 2008).  Date(s) and location for these Player Evaluations will be announced by late Spring or early Summer.

  • We have a VIP Program for youths with special needs.

  • Registration is open to everyone.

  • Every parent or guardian is expected to volunteer for at least one job during the 2008 season: coach, assistant coach, referee, team manager, or team volunteer (snack bar, field crew, picture day, info booth, etc.).
